1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luck77 ("luck77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the luck77 online gaming platform available at luck77.bid and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the luck77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling;
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of luck77, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the luck77 Platform or any other gambling platform operated by luck77 or its affiliates;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements. luck77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the luck77 Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete;
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Keep your luck77 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify luck77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

luck77 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

luck77 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page of the Platform;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements;
• luck77 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider;
• luck77 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal;
• Deposits made using bonuses or promotional funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 below;
• luck77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

luck77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• luck77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination;
• luck77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the luck77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers;
• luck77's decision on the outcome of any game is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, luck77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. luck77 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control;
• Bets placed after the designated betting period has closed will be void;
• luck77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines that a technical error, software fault, or human error has materially affected the outcome.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to use your luck77 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the luck77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of luck77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of luck77.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if luck77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

luck77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luck77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luck77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy

luck77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at luck77.bid/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. luck77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform services.

11. Responsible Gaming

luck77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gambling activity. 12. Termination

luck77 may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including where luck77 determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Termination for reasons other than breach will not affect your right to withdraw any legitimate balance remaining in your account, subject to verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact luck77 at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. luck77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

14. Amendments

luck77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, luck77 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
